How to make a career in this industry

There is no academic training in the customer contact center industry. It was therefore essential for Paxyl to develop its own training program, adapted to its reality, needs, and resources, regardless of its profit.

The only prerequisite is having prior experience or academic training in computer science, to grasp basic IT concepts.
