Genesys Cloud License Packages Update

In direct response to customer feedback, Genesys Cloud CX bundles and pricing have been improved. These reconditioned packages offer more features, extended functionalities, and better access to the latest innovations in experience orchestration. Key changes include:

  • Extended voice functionality for all Genesys Cloud 1 customers, including secure IVR and more, to enhance agent-assisted and self-service experiences.
  • Extended digital functionality for all Genesys Cloud 2 customers, with a complete suite of channels, including SMS, to continue the conversation wherever the customer goes.
  • Access to the full suite of WEM innovations for Genesys Cloud 3 customers, offering the best experience for customers and agents by leveraging new workforce engagement management features.

Every customer, regardless of their level, will benefit from fair-use “Bring Your Own Cloud Carrier” minutes.

These enhanced bundles provide access to a more powerful set of voice, digital, AI, analytics, and workforce engagement management capabilities, making the promise of Experience as a Service a reality for you and your customers.

We want you to directly experience the value of these new packages. Therefore, we are migrating all customers currently using Genesys Cloud CX to the updated bundles on February 23, 2022, at NO additional cost for the duration of your current contract.
